Nicole Blake

Nicole Blake manages procurement activities focused on food production and dairy manufacturing. Her role involves overseeing acquisitions that support the agency's supply chain requirements for specialized food products. A significant portion of the agency's procurement activity is conducted through full and open competitions, though there is a consistent utilization of HUBZone Small Business set-asides to increase participation from disadvantaged communities. Her procurement focus is primarily centered on the food manufacturing sector. This includes a heavy emphasis on commercial bakeries and fluid milk manufacturing, indicating a technical specialization in the acquisition of large-scale baked goods and dairy products.
