Nicole Diehl

Nicole Diehl is associated with a procurement office focused on the acquisition of specialized industrial machinery and electronic components. Her role involves managing the procurement lifecycle for technical hardware and manufacturing systems to support the agency's operational requirements. The agency's procurement landscape is characterized by a heavy reliance on full-and-open competition, with the vast majority of awards being non-set-aside contracts. The agency demonstrates a minimal focus on small business set-asides, with only a small fraction of procurement activity designated as Total Small Business Set-Asides under FAR 19.5. Her procurement activity is concentrated in the manufacturing sector, with a primary focus on miscellaneous general purpose machinery and bare printed circuit board manufacturing. Additional technical expertise is evident in the acquisition of search, detection, navigation, and guidance instruments, as well as other communications equipment manufacturing.
