The procurement is conducted as a sole source, with Cubic ITS Inc. identified as the exclusive supplier and authorized service provider for these traffic management systems within Florida. The contract encompasses the supply, installation, integration, ongoing maintenance, and technical support of proprietary hardware and software solutions developed and maintained solely by Cubic ITS. The solicitation references no specific packaging, inspection criteria, performance periods, pricing, or detailed evaluation factors. The place of performance and acceptance is within Florida, coordinated through Orlando. Although contract value and payment instructions are not disclosed, the vendor is responsible for full lifecycle product and service delivery, while the City maintains oversight as the contracting authority.
