Teresa Taylor Smith

Teresa Smith serves as a primary procurement contact, managing acquisitions and overseeing the contractual requirements necessary to support the agency's operational mission. Regarding set-aside preferences, the procurement patterns indicate a primary reliance on no set-aside and unrestricted solicitations, which together account for the vast majority of activity. There is a targeted commitment to small business participation, with a portion of awards specifically competed as 8(a) and Total Small Business Set-Asides. The technical focus of these acquisitions is heavily concentrated in the electronic and precision equipment repair and maintenance sector. Additional procurement activity extends into the manufacturing of construction machinery, electronic computers, and aircraft parts and auxiliary equipment.
