BACIK GROUP LLC

Bacik Group LLC specializes in mission-critical construction and facility modernization services for federal aerospace and transportation infrastructure. The company delivers precise commercial and institutional building construction, including concrete slab installations, power distribution upgrades, fire suppression system deployments, HVAC modifications, and structural foundation work—often under tight operational constraints at active government facilities. Their technical expertise extends to control system replacements, ventilation enhancements, and facility integration tasks requiring strict adherence to federal construction codes and safety protocols. A key differentiator is their ability to execute complex, low-impact minor construction tasks within sensitive operational environments, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing missions. The contractor maintains a strong, recurring relationship with NASA, consistently supporting facility upgrades at research and launch sites through task orders focused on building integrity, utility systems, and environmental controls. They also provide engineering support services to the Department of Transportation, demonstrating cross-disciplinary capability in technical oversight and infrastructure planning. Their work with the Department of Defense further underscores their reliability in high-security, mission-essential environments. Bacik Group’s primary industry focus is commercial and institutional building construction, where they execute precision-based modifications to existing infrastructure rather than new builds. This positions them as a niche provider of facility lifecycle support, particularly for agencies requiring rapid, compliant, and non-disruptive construction interventions. Engineering services and specialized trades like plumbing and HVAC round out their ability to deliver turnkey facility enhancements. As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business operating from Pelham, Alabama, Bacik Group LLC brings a disciplined, mission-driven approach to federal contracting. Their 2L entity structure reflects a lean, agile operational model optimized for responsive task order execution. The company’s SDVOSB certification enhances its standing in federal procurement programs prioritizing veteran-owned enterprises, reinforcing trust and compliance in sensitive government environments.
