CASSONE LEASING, INC.

Cassone Leasing, Inc. specializes in the rental and leasing of mobile temporary facilities, including utility trailers, storage containers, and recreational vehicles, primarily supporting federal operational continuity needs. The company delivers turnkey logistics solutions for transient workspace, secure storage, and field infrastructure, with deep expertise in deploying and managing trailer-based temporary facilities under tight timelines. Their technical capabilities encompass rapid deployment of modular environments, compliance with federal facility standards, and fleet management for mission-critical mobility assets. A key differentiator is their ability to provide responsive, scalable temporary infrastructure tailored to emergency and time-sensitive government operations, particularly in environments requiring secure, mobile, and easily transportable workspaces. Cassone Leasing maintains a consistent presence with the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security, delivering essential temporary facilities for field operations, incident response, and mission support. For DoD, they provide mobile office trailers and extended-duration leasing solutions for temporary bases and forward operating locations. For DHS, they support emergency logistics, including storage containers and mobile command units for border security and disaster response operations. Their relationship with these agencies is characterized by repeat engagements for mission-critical, non-routine infrastructure needs. The company’s primary focus lies in NAICS 532120 (truck, utility trailer, and RV rental and leasing), where they serve as a trusted provider of mobile infrastructure assets. They also support complementary needs under NAICS 532490 (other commercial machinery and equipment leasing) and 423110 (motor vehicle wholesaling), indicating an integrated approach to supplying both equipment and related logistical components for federal deployments. As a Women-Owned Small Business and Woman-Owned Business certified contractor based in Ronkonkoma, New York, Cassone Leasing leverages its small business status to deliver agile, responsive services within the federal procurement ecosystem. Their geographic positioning supports East Coast federal operations while maintaining national reach for temporary facility deployments.
