CNAF INSAAT TAAHHUT TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI specializes in the design and construction of mission-critical commercial, institutional, and residential facilities for U.S. government overseas operations. The contractor delivers full-cycle building projects including new construction, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades, with demonstrated expertise in healthcare facilities, security-enhanced structures, educational buildings, and diplomatic residential complexes. Their technical capabilities encompass compliance with U.S. embassy and military construction standards, integration of host nation regulatory requirements, and execution of complex retrofitting projects under stringent security and operational constraints. Notable work includes clinic constructions aligned with Department of Defense health protocols, Marine Security Guard residence renovations, and perimeter security wall upgrades—highlighting proficiency in secure facility construction, structural retrofitting, and coordination with foreign regulatory bodies. The contractor maintains a consistent presence supporting the Department of Defense and the Department of State, delivering facility infrastructure essential to overseas diplomatic and military missions. For DoD, they construct and upgrade medical, educational, and support facilities in theater environments; for State, they focus on secure residential and security infrastructure at U.S. embassies, demonstrating familiarity with SOFA agreements, diplomatic security standards, and international construction logistics. Their primary focus lies in NAICS 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction), with additional experience in industrial and single-family housing construction. This positions them as a niche provider of secure, mission-aligned infrastructure for U.S. government operations abroad, particularly in complex, high-security environments requiring compliance with both U.S. and host-nation codes. As a small business entity based in Adana, Turkey, with no federal certifications listed, the contractor operates as a local-capability provider with deep regional execution experience, serving as a critical on-the-ground partner for U.S. agencies requiring construction services in foreign jurisdictions. Their market positioning is defined by operational adaptability and on-site responsiveness in geographically dispersed, politically sensitive locations.
