GEMMO S.P.A. (SOCIETA' CON UNICO SOCIO)

GEMMO S.P.A. specializes in the installation, repair, and maintenance of critical military infrastructure, with deep expertise in power systems, facility support, and specialized construction. The contractor delivers technical services for high-reliability environments, including the installation and refurbishment of power distribution transformers, repair and upgrade of co-generation plants with integrated thermal storage, and inspection and maintenance of indoor firing ranges—ensuring operational readiness and safety for defense installations. Their work demands precision in electrical systems integration, compliance with military environmental and safety standards, and coordination within active garrison environments, particularly in overseas U.S. military facilities in Italy. Technical proficiency spans electrical infrastructure lifecycle management, thermal energy system optimization, and facility sustainment under strict operational constraints. The company maintains a consistent relationship with the Department of Defense, delivering mission-critical services at U.S. Army installations in Europe, particularly in the Vicenza region. Their portfolio reflects a pattern of recurring engagement on infrastructure resilience projects, indicating trusted status as a responsive, on-site contractor for complex, time-sensitive maintenance and modernization tasks within deployed military communities. GEMMO S.P.A. operates primarily under NAICS 561210 for facilities support services, with complementary work in 237130 for power line and structure construction and 335311 for specialty transformer manufacturing. This positions them as a niche provider of integrated facility sustainment solutions, bridging mechanical, electrical, and structural maintenance needs for defense installations. Their market focus is on mission-critical infrastructure rather than broad commercial facilities. As a single-member Italian corporation based in Arcugnano, Vicenza, GEMMO S.P.A. is a localized contractor with deep regional presence in U.S. military installations across Southern Europe. While no federal certifications are disclosed, their sustained performance on DoD contracts suggests established compliance with military quality and security protocols. Their geographic positioning enables rapid response and cultural familiarity within U.S. European Command operational areas.
