GREEN LEAF BUILDERS INC

GREEN LEAF BUILDERS INC specializes in facility repair and maintenance services for federal infrastructure, with demonstrated expertise in structural rehabilitation, including damaged flooring systems within healthcare and administrative buildings. Their technical capabilities center on commercial construction remediation, material replacement, and compliance-driven renovation work within occupied federal facilities, particularly where operational continuity and safety standards are critical. As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business, the company brings a disciplined, mission-focused approach to project execution, emphasizing precision in workmanship, adherence to federal building codes, and minimal disruption to ongoing facility operations. Their hands-on experience in repairing high-traffic interior surfaces positions them as a reliable contractor for mission-critical maintenance in sensitive environments. The contractor has established a direct working relationship with the Department of Veterans Affairs, delivering facility repair services that support the operational integrity of VA healthcare and administrative sites. Their work for the VA involves targeted, non-disruptive renovations to interior building components, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and facility safety requirements. This focused engagement suggests a trusted, repeat partnership built on reliability and responsiveness to urgent maintenance needs within VA-owned infrastructure. GREEN LEAF BUILDERS INC’s primary industry focus is on materials recovery facilities, though their recent award indicates a practical specialization in facility repair rather than waste processing. In practice, this NAICS classification aligns with their role in maintaining and rehabilitating infrastructure components, suggesting a niche in facility lifecycle support services rather than environmental remediation. Their market positioning is that of a specialized construction repair contractor serving federal institutional clients requiring precise, code-compliant interior upgrades. The company is structured as a small business under the 2L entity classification and holds official Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business certification, enhancing its eligibility for set-aside contracts. Based in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, GREEN LEAF BUILDERS INC operates with a regional footprint but serves federal facilities nationwide, leveraging its certification to compete in government procurement channels focused on veteran-owned enterprises.
