JT&T ENTERPRISES, INC. provides a diverse range of industrial services, spanning specialized manufacturing and facility infrastructure. Their core capabilities include the production of corrugated and solid fiber packaging solutions, specifically the fabrication of plywood boxes, as well as industrial building construction focusing on facility expansions and classroom development. The company has established a performance history with the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security. Their work for these agencies includes the delivery of industrial packaging materials and the execution of structural expansion projects for government facilities. Their industry focus is split between the manufacturing of fiber-based packaging and industrial construction. Rapid Facility Clearance Cohort Pilot: Enabling Classified Technology Assessment and Bi-Directional Collaboration for Joint Operational Problems and Mission Capabilities Priorities
Solicitation # 8ee1fe86-14b2-42dd-974d-14259bd579e8
The Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering, in coordination with the Defense Innovation Unit and Mission Engineering and Integration Activity, is establishing a Rapid Facility Clearance Mentorship and Prototyping Cohort. This pilot program addresses the procedural barrier where non-traditional, small-business, and commercial providers cannot access classified work without a Facility Clearance, yet cannot obtain one without a classified contract. Through subcontract relationships with Maximus Federal Services under the ONIX OTA framework, selected participants receive security mentorship and sponsorship for Facility Clearances adjudicated by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency. The primary objective is to allow the government to assess emerging technologies and conduct collaborative dialogue in classified settings to reduce transition risk and accelerate Joint Force capabilities. Participation in the cohort provides a security pathway and potential access to classified technical exchanges but does not guarantee funded technical work, the acquisition of products, or preferential status. Vendors are not paid for participating in the cohort or the sponsorship process and are responsible for all administrative and compliance costs associated with maintaining industrial security programs.
