RCO CONSTRUCTION, L.L.C.

RCO CONSTRUCTION, L.L.C. specializes in commercial and institutional building construction with a focused portfolio of military facility upgrades and specialized infrastructure projects. Their core capabilities include interior renovation of existing structures, structural modifications for mission-critical spaces, and the design-build execution of custom training facilities. Technical expertise spans demolition and abatement of legacy systems, installation of specialized equipment mounts and antenna masts, and the conversion of non-operational spaces into functional offices or training environments. The contractor demonstrates proficiency in precision retrofitting, tight-space construction, and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and structural integrations within active DoD installations, often under operational constraints. Their ability to deliver complex renovations on constrained footprints—such as converting a 643-square-foot mail room or integrating aircraft simulator infrastructure—highlights a strong command of phased construction sequencing and minimal-disruption methodologies. The company maintains a consistent relationship with the Department of Defense, delivering facility modernization and mission-support construction across multiple installations. Projects include repairs to historic buildings, construction of indoor training labs for drug detection canines, and integration of secure communication infrastructure, indicating deep familiarity with military facility standards, security protocols, and base-specific operational requirements. RCO CONSTRUCTION operates primarily under NAICS 236220, focusing on the renovation and adaptive reuse of institutional buildings rather than ground-up construction. This positions them as a niche provider of high-value, low-footprint upgrades within defense and public sector facilities, particularly where functionality must be preserved during renovation. As a limited liability company based in San Antonio, Texas, RCO CONSTRUCTION is a small, locally rooted contractor with no federal certifications on record. Their geographic presence is centered in the Gulf Coast defense corridor, allowing rapid response to DoD installation needs across Texas and neighboring regions.
