THD CONTRACT SERVICES LLC

THD CONTRACT SERVICES LLC specializes in the installation, replacement, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems, with a demonstrated focus on mission-critical infrastructure for federal land management sites. Their technical expertise includes the integration of commercial-grade furnaces, water heaters, and full HVAC subsystems tailored to remote or environmentally sensitive locations. The contractor delivers turnkey solutions that ensure thermal comfort, energy efficiency, and code-compliant operation in federal housing units, with particular attention to system durability, ductwork integrity, and proper ventilation design under challenging operational conditions. Their work reflects a hands-on, field-ready approach to mechanical systems installation, emphasizing precision, compliance with building codes, and minimal disruption to occupied facilities. The company has performed work for the Department of the Interior, specifically supporting infrastructure upgrades at the Fossil Butte National Monument, indicating experience delivering essential utilities in remote, federally managed conservation areas. This engagement suggests familiarity with the unique logistical and environmental constraints of National Park Service and Bureau of Land Management facilities, where reliability and regulatory adherence are paramount. Their relationship with this agency reflects a niche positioning in sustaining critical utilities within protected natural areas. THD CONTRACT SERVICES LLC operates primarily under NAICS 238220, which encompasses plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning contracting. This places them squarely in the mechanical systems installation and service sector, with a specialization in HVAC for government-owned residential and administrative buildings. They are not broadly diversified across construction trades but are focused on delivering high-performance thermal systems in public sector facilities. As a small business structured as a 2L entity based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, THD CONTRACT SERVICES LLC operates without federal certifications such as 8(a), HUBZone, or WOSB. Their geographic footprint is currently centered in the Mid-Atlantic region, with project execution extending to federal installations nationwide. Their market positioning is that of a specialized mechanical contractor serving federal agencies requiring dependable, code-compliant HVAC solutions in remote or sensitive environments.
