Wahoo Films LLC specializes in video production and multimedia content development for government and public sector clients, leveraging its expertise in cinematic storytelling, motion graphics, and digital media distribution. As a Women-Owned Small Business certified under the SBA’s 8(a) program and recognized as a Woman-Owned Business, the company brings a distinct perspective to visual communication initiatives, emphasizing clarity, engagement, and mission-driven narrative design. Their technical capabilities include end-to-end production workflows—from concept development and scriptwriting to filming, editing, color grading, and audio post-production—tailored for federal compliance, accessibility standards, and platform-specific delivery requirements. They are adept at producing training videos, public awareness campaigns, internal communications, and documentary-style content that aligns with government branding and security protocols. While no award history is available to identify specific agencies or projects, the company’s primary NAICS code of 512110—Motion Picture and Video Production—indicates a focused presence in the creation of original video assets for governmental use. This includes supporting public affairs, training, outreach, and ceremonial documentation needs across federal, state, and local entities. Their market positioning is defined by creative excellence and compliance with federal media standards, serving clients who require high-quality, secure, and accessible visual content without relying on large-scale media vendors. Wahoo Films LLC operates as a small, agile entity based in Bend, Oregon, with a structure optimized for responsive, mission-aligned production. Its certifications enhance its eligibility for set-aside contracts and reinforce its commitment to diversity in federal contracting. The company’s geographic footprint is centered in the Pacific Northwest, but its digital delivery capabilities enable nationwide service to government stakeholders seeking authentic, professionally produced media solutions.
