The purpose of this NRFP is to invite Pre-qualified Proponents from RFPQ 1070-2425-178A Construction Management Services for Various Housing Projects and have received formal notification of their qualification to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables. Through this NRFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter a contract (the “Contract”) with an experienced, qualified supplier (the “Supplier”) to provide Construction Management Services and preloading Scope of Services (the Deliverables).This opportunity has been offered to the roster members only based on that established rotation process defined in the RFPQ document.This solicitation has been posted publicly to enable subcontractors and/or trades who are interested in participating in the project to connect with the invited prequalified Proponents listed below:Only the invited, prequalified Proponents identified below are eligible to participate in this solicitation process.Acres Enterprises Ltd. Buttcon West Limited Caliber Projects Ltd. D&T Developments Ltd. Jen-Col Construction Ltd. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)Proponents must submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain information about site location. No submission will be accepted from Proponents who did not submit the signed NDA.
