Work required on the subject building includes, but not limited to, the following: abate all hazardous materials, remove all windows and doors, demolish home, and back fill foundation area.To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $100,001 > $ 250,000, Taxes extra.PERIOD OF CONTRACT / DELIVERY DATEContractor shall perform and complete the Work no later than February 28, 2023. SET-ASIDE FOR INDIGENOUS BUSINESSThis procurement is set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB) as detailed in Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual entitled “Requirements for the Set-Aside Program for Indigenous Business”.ENQUIRIESAll enquiries of a technical and contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority.Enquiries regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and should be received no later than 5 business days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response.
