The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Natick Contracting Division on behalf of the U.S. Army Natick Soldier RD&E Center (NSRDEC) intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) only one responsible source to FOSTA-TEK OPTICS, INC, LEOMINSTER, MA for Trogamid Talon Kits for characterization & user testing needed in support of technology maturation initiative. These specific units are being acquired from this vendor for evaluation only. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339115. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 3851.
