The contract seeks janitorial services for two facilities within the Kisatchie National Forest’s Calcasieu Ranger District: the Calcasieu Ranger District Office in Boyce, Louisiana, and the Evangeline Work Center in Elmer, Louisiana. Services must be performed to maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance, with basic cleaning occurring twice weekly and no more than four days apart, covering sweeping, dust mopping, damp and wet mopping of non-carpeted floors, cleaning of interior and exterior floor mats, dusting of blinds and windowsills, and cleaning of interior glass on doors and display cases. Carpet cleaning is required once annually in December. The contract includes a base year running from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with four option years extending through September 30, 2031, allowing for possible continuation without further competition.
