1260 Shady Brook Vineyard Track I Agricultural Erosion Control Plan (ECPA) P25-00011-ECPA

The project, identified as P25-00011-ECPA, involves the development of approximately 1.3 gross acres of vineyard within a 41.8-acre parcel located at 1260 Shady Brook Lane in Napa, California. Approved by Napa County on June 29, 2026, the scope of work includes land disturbing activities on slopes greater than 5%, the clearing of oak woodland and ruderal lands, earthmoving, land contouring, and the installation of agricultural infrastructure. The project is supported by a Mitigated Negative Declaration under CEQA, concluding that the development will not have a significant environmental effect provided specific mitigation measures are implemented. Key technical requirements include a soil loss analysis and hydrologic analysis to ensure that sediment delivery and peak runoff do not exceed pre-project levels.
