The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division China Lake, CA intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract to ATK Launch Systems, P.O. This contract is to procure 1,050 lbs of CL-20 in support of Counter-Air Future Naval Capabilities (CA-FNC) program located at NAWCWD. ATK Launch systems is being selected for this procurment because they are the only source that has the capability to produce the CL-20. The solicitation will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online Website at http://www.neco.navy.mil and the FEBBIZOPPS website at http://vsearch2.eps.gov/servlet/searchservlet on or about 5/26/09. The solicitation will close on or about 6/11/09.
