The purpose of this notice is to inform interested parties that the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award Contract N00024-03-C-6313, on a sole source basis, to STN Atlas, Bremen, Germany for SEAFOX combat neutralizers in support of the AMNS MH-53E. The contract will consist of fabricating, assembling, inspecting, testing, and delivering six SEAFOX combat neutralizers for integration in the AMNS MH-53E. STN Atlas is the sole designer and manufacturer of these combat neutralizers. The estimated period of performance is March 2003 to July 2003.
