Full Description

The Mission Installation Contracting Command, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Bliss, TX intends to award a sole source purchase order for STAR target missiles, including operations and maintenance support to TMD Targets USA, 2904 Devils Tower, El Paso, Texas 79904-2405. Authority cited: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed acquisition will result in a firm fixed price contract. The delivery location is Fort Bliss, TX 79916 and the proposed terms are FOB destination. The NAICS code is 336414 and the SBA size standard is 1000 employees.
