The Naval Air Systems Command awarded a sole source contract modification to ATK Mission Systems Group, Advanced Weapons Division, to definitize pricing for the Low-Rate Initial Production I of the Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile. This action converts a previous Undefinitized Contract Action into a Fixed Priced Incentive Fee agreement. The scope of work involves converting twenty-seven government-provided AGM-88B HARM missiles into AGM-88E AARGM All-Up-Round and Captive Air Training missile systems, including all necessary supplies and services for manufacture, sparing, and fleet deployment. ATK was selected as the sole provider because it is the only entity with the required technical knowledge, tooling, and experience as the original designer and manufacturer of the system. The procurement falls under NAICS code 336414. This notice serves as an informational award announcement rather than a request for competitive proposals, and any subcontracting opportunities must be coordinated directly with ATK.
