1. Direct Award for Designer of Record (DOR) Services — Repair B250 Project. This award notice is for Type B, C&CR, and Type C Design Evaluation Services for the Repair B250 Project located at the 148th Fighter Wing (FW) in Duluth, MN. In accordance with MIL-STD-3007G, projects experiencing a delay of more than 18 months between design completion and the solicitation of construction offers must undergo a comprehensive re-evaluation. This ensures the design remains compliant with updated codes, standards, and site infrastructure changes.
