The procurement is for the 516th Software Engineering Squadron at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, and supports the production of physical enclosures for an updated prototype of the Common Munition Bit Reprogramming Equipment (CMBRE) system. The contract is structured as a Firm-Fixed-Price award with delivery required no later than 11 weeks after receipt of order, with FOB Destination at Hill AFB, Utah, where government inspection and acceptance will occur. The NAICS code 541519 applies with a $34.0 million size standard, and the acquisition is unrestricted with no set-aside provisions. The solicitation mandates strict adherence to export control regulations, classifying the technical data and equipment as EXPORT CONTROLLED under Distribution Statement D, requiring compliance with ITAR and EAR, and inclusion of security clauses such as FAR 52.240-90 through 52.240-93 for safeguarding covered information systems. Contractors must be AS9100 certified and provide current CAGE codes and SAM UEI numbers, with proposals submitted electronically by the deadline of July 13, 2026, to designated points of contact. Although option years are permitted under the contract structure, none are defined or included in this initial solicitation, and no organizational conflicts of interest provisions are applicable due to the supply-only nature of the procurement. Payment will be processed electronically via SAM, and marking of all components must follow MIL
