NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia intends to award a sole source contract to Sikorsky Aircraft Corp for the repair of 21 electronic control panels, identified by NSN 1680016892181 and part number 65912-01250-047. This procurement is conducted under BOA N00383-22-G-Y601 and is justified as a sole source action because Sikorsky is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and the only known source capable of providing the necessary repair support, as the government does not possess the required technical data. The acquisition will follow FAR Part 15 procedures and is not designated as a small business set-aside. Delivery is specified as FOB Origin, and the anticipated award date is September 2026. Interested parties may submit capability statements to the designated point of contact, though the agency anticipates a single acceptable offer from the OEM. All solicitation activities and the RFQ will be managed electronically via NECO.
