Full Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) intends to issue a time and materials delivery order to Goodrich Fuel and Utility Systems under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-05-G-0022 for the non-recurring engineering support associated with IMD HUMs during Operational Test and Evaluation. Goodrich is the only know firm to possess the detailed familiarity and in-depth engineering knowledge, necessary expertise and drawings/data in order to perform the required services. This requirement will be procured in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2), only one responsible source. This notice is for informational purposes only. Note 22 applies.
