This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.


W50S8V-26-Q-0025 – This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ)


This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through RFO and Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 dated 03-13-2026.


This requirement is designated with a Small Business set-aside of Total Small Business and associated with NAICS code: 237310 and a small business size standard of $45M.


The 167th Airlift Wing, Martinsburg, WV is requesting a quote for base pavement repairs IAW the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This requirement is being requested and evaluated based on Price Alone with no discussions being held. Please provide a quote in accordance with your terms & conditions.

PROJECT NAICS: 237310 WITH A CORRESPONDING SIZE STANDARD OF $45.0M.


DISCLOSURE OF MAGNITUDE: IAW FAR 36.204(e) THIS PROJECT IS EXPECTED TO BE BETWEEN $500,000.00 AND $1,000,000.


DAVIS BACON WAGE RATES ARE APPLICABLE TO THIS PROJECT.


FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS ACQUISITION. THE GOVERNMENT ANTICIPATES FUNDS WILL BECOME AVAILABLE PRIOR TO AWARD AS THIS ACTION HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED ON THE NATIONAL GUARD PRIORITY LIST.
