The Department of the Interior and the Marine Minerals Administration are conducting market research via a Draft RFP for a Multiple-Award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide offshore vessel services for physical inspections of renewable energy facilities on the Atlantic Outer Continental Shelf. The scope of work covers a geographic range from Virginia Beach, Virginia, to Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts. The anticipated Seed Task Order requires a DP2 offshore vessel equipped with a Walk-to-Work (W2W) transfer system to inspect up to 93 facilities during calendar year 2027.
