The purpose of this contract is to provide annual preventative maintenance to 72 sites located at FEMA offices, Federal Regional Centers (FRCs), states and territories located throughout the United States and Territories utilizing 82 systems and provide support as needed to the associated equipment. A maximum of 25 annual on-site ser-vice/trouble calls may be required throughout the period of performance.
