This Foreign Military Sales requirement involves the repair of two HUB Assemblies, specifically one unit each of NSN 2010-00-453-5803 (part 11024D0601) and NSN 2010-00-453-5804 (part 11024D0602), with delivery terms set as FOB Origin. Because the government does not possess the necessary data rights and has deemed purchasing them uneconomical, the contract is being pursued as a limited source solicitation under FAR 6.302-1. The Department of Defense, through Navsup Weapon Systems Support Mech, will consider proposals or capability statements from responsible sources within 15 days of publication to determine if competition is feasible. A critical requirement for the awardee is that they must be a certified repair depot according to the NAVSEA DSOR approval process at the time of award. The government will not delay the award to allow uncertified sources to obtain the necessary certifications.
