This competitive solicitation, number N00104-26-Q-YAJZ, is issued by NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support for the manufacture of Gland Actuators for use on Navy submarines. The requirement is for three units under NAICS code 336612, with the award to be made to the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) offeror. The actuators must be manufactured from Nickel-Aluminum-Bronze material per ASTM B150/B150M and adhere to strict technical specifications, including the use of Type I Hex Cap screws per MIL-DTL-1222 and QPL-qualified O-rings. The supplier must maintain a quality system compliant with ISO 9001 or MIL-I-45208 and provide comprehensive objective quality evidence, such as certified mill certifications and NDT liquid penetrant inspection reports. Final acceptance and inspection will occur at the origin via DCMA-QAR. Payments and receiving reports are to be processed electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1, and shipments are destined for DLA distribution facilities in Pennsylvania and California.
