[2012-27] FY27-28 MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) Contractor Task Order Services

The Georgia Institute of Technology is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for FY27-28 Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Contractor Task Order Services under Bid-Contract No. 2012-27. This is a blanket order contract for as-needed construction projects on the Georgia Tech campus, with a total value not to exceed 5,000,000 dollars. The contract term is one year, with the possibility of four renewals for a total potential term of five years.
