Paxtang Borough will receive bids for the 2025 ADA Curb Ramp Project. Bids may be submitted and updated online until Tuesday, August 26, 2025, 2:00 PM. At that time bids will be made available online. All documents and solicitation details are available any time at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
The work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, curb ramp replacements and other work specified in the contract.
A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10 percent of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Only those questions submitted online via PennBID shall be considered. Questions received after 4:00 PM, Thursday, August 21, 2025 regarding the project will not be acknowledged.
This contract is subject to the following: the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act conditions; the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) conditions; the Pennsylvania Act 229 of 2002; the Pennsylvania One Call Act, also known as the Underground Utility Line Protection Law, Act 287 of 1974, as amended; the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act 222 Conditions; the Non-discrimination in Employment/Contract Compliance Regulations Conditions; requirement of a Non-collusion affidavit; and the Public Works Employment Verification Act.
