Any bid received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. There will be a pre-bid meeting at 10:00 AM on June 16th, 2026, at the City of Metter Public Works Department at 700 Washington Street, Metter, Georgia 30439. The work shall include: Drainage improvements including 1,940 LF of 48" ADS-HP storm piping and storm structures. Sewer improvements including replacing sewer mains with 1140 LF of 10" HDPE using pipe bursting, laterals, manhole, rehab, and misc. construction. Time allotted for completion of work is 120 calendar days. Contract Documents are on file at Parker Engineering, LLC.
