Cheltenham Township, Montgomery County, 8230 Old York Road, Elkins Park, PA 19027 (hereinafter “Township”) will receive sealed bids online for 2025 Road Milling and Resurfacing Project. Sealed bids are due no later than 11:00 am, prevailing time, on Thursday, May 1, 2025, via the OpenGov Procurement Portal: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cheltenhamtownship. The project generally consists of milling and resurfacing of various roadways in the Township including pavement marking restoration/installation as indicated the Bid Specifications. The full project details are available in the bid documents and plans in the Attachments section. All bidders shall create a FREE account with OpenGov Procurement by signing up at https://procurement.opengov.com/signup. The responding bidder is solely responsible for all costs related to the preparation of the bid. All documents and solicitation details are available online at the OpenGov Procurement Portal at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cheltenhamtownship. The results will be posted via the OpenGov Procurement Portal. All bids are to be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid, payable to Cheltenham Township.
