2025 SWDCMA ARPA Manhole Repairs ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE TO BIDDERS Proposals will be received online by Southwest Delaware County Municipal Authority (SWDCMA), via the PennBid Program (www.PennBid.net) for the SWDCMA Sanitary Sewer System Manhole Repairs and Rehabilitation until Wednesday February 12, 2025, at 2:00 PM. Bidder shall submit their bid on the PennBid website, by the set time on the due date. All Bidding Documents are available at no cost at www.PennBid.net. This Project is financed in part by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority.
