Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:30 a.m., at 2116 Stallings Street NW. The work to be performed and provided under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, safety equipment, permitting, erosion and sedimentation control measures, taxes, profit, overhead, and other costs and effort required to complete the following:
