Bid #27-005: The 2026-2027 Street Maintenance Project is part of the City’s Annual Pavement Maintenance Program. The project area is located within Street Maintenance Zone 1, which includes residential and arterial streets north and east of, and including, Espola Road, extending from the western City limit to Sandhill Road. This project includes slurry seal (Type I and Type II Emulsion Aggregate Slurry Seal), replacement of traffic striping, pavement legends and markings, refreshing of painted curbs, adjustment of survey monuments, water valve cans, and sewer manhole lids to finished grade. The work also involves weed abatement, surface preparation, removal of existing thermoplastic legends and raised pavement markers, and installation of temporary striping and reflective tabs. The Contractor is responsible for construction surveying and staking.
