The WA FWS LPO MULTI(1) Little Pend Oreille NWR Culvert Improvements project involves the replacement of six Aquatic Organism Passage culverts at the Little Pend Oreille National Wildlife Refuge in Pend Oreille, Washington, located approximately 75 miles north of Spokane.
