This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 


Offeror shall provide various sizes of circular and arch or elliptical pipe culverts, bands, gaskets, and associated hardware.  All culverts shall be Type 2, aluminized steel pipe, 12 gauge with leak resistant joint performance, utilizing gaskets meeting ASTM D1056.  Culvert lengths shall be provided in 20-ft segments.


Coupler bands shall be annular aluminized steel, 14 gauge. All bolts shall be ½-inch nominal diameter and 8-inches long.  Washers shall be flat standard style. Nuts shall be ½-inch – 13 thread flanged hex.  Bolts, nuts, and washers shall be galvanized.  Offeror shall provide the required number of bolts and washers for couple band chosen.


All material shall be delivered to Pine Creek Work Center, located on National Forest Road 90 at Mile Post 15.15, east of Cougar, Washington.  GPS coordinates of location are (46.0624N, -122.0290W).  Offeror shall provide equipment to unload and re-pile all material at designated location behind Pine Creek Work Center as approved by COR. Offeror shall provide 48-hour notice prior to delivery.  PROVIDE A DELIVERY DATE IN YOUR QUOTE.


Solicitation number 1240BD26Q0093 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).


The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 332322.  Sheet Metal Work Manufacturing. The small business size standard 500 Employees.  The Service code is 4710 pipe, tube and rigid tubing. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
