The Anaheim Union High School District is soliciting proposals for network software licensing to support an on-premise, district-wide network upgrade across 19 school sites. The project focuses on updating HPE Aruba Networking Central licenses to accommodate 10gbps WAN connections and an aggregated internet connection upgrade to 20gbps. Bidders must provide pricing options for one, three, and five-year license terms for specific quantities of Aruba Networking Central models, including 2,366 units of Q9Y58AAS/Q9Y59AAS and 785 units of Q9Y73AAS/Q9Y74AAS, among others. No labor is requested as part of this procurement. Proposals are due by November 23, 2026, via the AUHSD Online Bidding Hub. This procurement is heavily dependent on the Federal E-Rate program, and the successful bidder must be in Green Light status with a valid Service Provider Identification Number and FCC Registration Number. Payment will be split, with a portion billed directly to USAC via FCC Form 474 and the non-discounted share paid by the District. Award decisions will be based on a 100-point scale evaluating the overall best interest of the District, with a strong emphasis on past performance with school districts of comparable size. Mandatory requirements include comprehensive insurance coverage, noncollusion and debarment certifications, and criminal record checks for any personnel accessing school sites.
