OPWDD’s Contract Management Unit, on behalf of Finger Lakes DDSOO, is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Community Lawn Care and Maintenance Services for multiple sites throughout Monroe and Wayne Counties. Sites include community residences and day program facilities. The Contractor will provide lawn maintenance and related services. All labor, materials, and equipment necessary to professionally complete the service are to be supplied by the Contractor. All equipment used in this service must meet the manufacturer’s safety requirements and be properly installed and functional. All equipment must be operated in a safe manner. The Contractor must be able to show that they have adequate staff and equipment to perform services for sites under contract. Prevailing Wages apply to this contract. The PRC number for this contract is PRC#2026900929 Experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. All bidders should submit at least three (3) work references that will verify that the bidder or its principals have at least two (2) years of relevant experience to complete the work as listed in Qualifications and Scope of Work. Bidder will be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances governing the performance of Community Lawn Care and Maintenance Services.
