The purpose of this bid (“Solicitation”) is to solicit bids for one or more vendors to provide landscaping hardscape material as needed for the use by the Special Improvement District Division (“SID”). CRDA intends to award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid conforms to these specifications. The CRDA, however, reserves the right to separately procure individual requirements that are the subject of the contract during the term of the contract when deemed by the CRDA to be in the CRDA’s best interest. The CRDA reserves the right to reject any and all bids when it is determined by the CRDA to be in its best interest. The CRDA further reserves the right to waive minor irregularities in bids submitted in response to this Solicitation. Quantities listed on the bid table are estimates subject to change and not a guaranteed.
