AI Contract Overview
The New Jersey Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA) is soliciting bids for the supply of landscaping planting materials to support the Special Improvement District Division, with the solicitation titled “2027 Landscape Planting Materials” and identified by solicitation number 2027 Landscaping Planting Materials. The bid window opened on July 14, 2026, and closes on August 11, 2026, with awards to be made to the lowest responsible bidder whose offer conforms to the stated requirements. Quantities listed in the bid table are estimates only and do not guarantee delivery volume. CRDA retains the right to reject any or all bids, award contract requirements separately during the term, or waive minor irregularities in submissions. Performance is limited to locations within New Jersey, and vendors must comply with state-specific political contribution disclosure requirements under Public Law 2005, Chapter 51, which mandates the submission of a Two-Year Vendor Certification form prior to award. This certification requires full disclosure of all political contributions made by the vendor, its officers, equity holders, partners, or members within the prior four years and obligates ongoing reporting of any new contributions or ownership changes during the contract term. Contractors must update certifications if contributions are made to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, or political parties, and must ensure that all controlling entities also submit their own disclosures if ownership is held by another individual or organization. No federal contract clauses, FAR specifications, inspection criteria, packaging standards, invoicing procedures, or formal evaluation factors beyond the lowest responsible bidder principle are included. The only administrative contact provided is Dee Dolbow at the CRDA, who should be contacted for inquiries. No UEI, CAGE code, small business, or socioeconomic certifications are required; the only mandatory compliance is state-level political contribution transparency, with submissions accepted either electronically via email to cd134@treas.nj.gov or by mail to Trenton, New Jersey.
