208024 UW Bothell Husky Hall Replacement - Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Progressive Design-Build Services

Introduction: The University of Washington (University or UW) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified design-build teams (which may include joint ventures) to design and construct the UW Bothell Husky Hall Replacement project. Project Description: Project scope includes replace the aging, single-story 30,000 GSF Husky Hall with a modern academic building designed to support UW Bothell’s evolving needs; expand academic capacity for the School of Business and other academic programs; provide classrooms that support multiple modes of learning, including flexible and technology-enabled instruction; add student engagement areas, informal learning spaces, and a multipurpose hall for gatherings of 300–500 people; include faculty and staff offices designed to support hybrid and HyFlex work practices; develop a three- to four-story building of approximately 69,000 GSF, reinforcing architectural cohesion with the broader campus. The project budget is $93,811,402.00. The target budget for all work to be provided under the design-build contract is $69 million.
