All bidders and any other interested people are invited to watch the live bid opening via Zoom. Late submittals will not be considered.Whatcom County Public Works requests bids for the Silver Beach Creek Stormwater Improvements – Phase 2 project. This project provides for the re-alignment and reconstruction of approximately 270 lineal feet of the Silver Beach Creek mainstem channel.
