25251001 Term Agreement for Highway Preconstruction Manual (HPCM) Updates

The State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) is seeking professional engineering services to assist with updating the Highway Preconstruction Manual (HPCM).A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately September 2024 through December 2026.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $500,000 and $1,000,000.The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available AUGUST 14, 2024, and may be downloaded from our web site at:  https://dot.alaska.gov/procurement/awp/awp-rfp-cal.cfm  Or the RFP may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at the Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.  Persons residing outside the City of Fairbanks may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning +1 (555) 000-0000 or TDD number 711 or +1 (555) 000-0000.
