All plans, specifications, and contract documents are exclusively available on the IDALS website and must be followed precisely. The contractor must begin work within 14 days of receiving the Notice-to-Proceed and complete all work by December 31, 2027. Interested parties must request to be placed on the plan holders list by contacting Mary Baker to receive updates, addenda, and meeting minutes. Technical questions regarding plans and specifications should be directed to Wallace Greenlees, while general contract inquiries should be sent to Angie Sebastian. Written questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026, to be considered in any official addendum. The Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive minor irregularities.
