Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the supply of all labour, materials, equipment, tools, mobilization, demobilization, disposal, transportation, supervision, permits and other required costs and incidents to complete the site demolition and construction of the sports fields and accessibility improvements at Nunns Creek Park, as per the specifications and drawings.
