The overall project scope encompasses the comprehensive landscaping of the La Perle Neighbourhood, including the installation of new asphalt pathways, seating nodes, and lighting, along with tree planting within the two primary park spaces. Additionally, boulevard trees and sod will be introduced throughout the neighbourhood. Low-impact development (LID) infrastructure is also incorporated into the project. The detailed scope of work includes: demolition and removals; earthworks and grading; hardsurface installations; softsurface installations; low-impact development infrastructure; and site furnishings.
